Care Team Binder

Your care team working in one place
together

Coordinated care at the front

Everyone sees one picture

The school team, the private therapy group, the sitter and family members see the appointments, session notes, IEP documents and evaluations that matter to them.

The team can talk to each other directly about the child's care

The school speech therapist can talk to the private speech therapist about a session note or an IEP goal. The behavior therapist can talk to the paraprofessional about the child's specific behavior modification plan. All while the parents observe and collaborate together.

A new teammate catches up in seconds

When someone new joins a conversation, an AI catch-up sums up what has happened so far. They walk in with the picture instead of scrolling back through every message.

One calendar, one team

Appointments, deadlines and meetings, all in a shareable calendar you can edit and view in the app or on your phone, so nothing gets missed.

The new therapist starts prepared

Private centers rotate staff. A child can have three different providers in a year in one discipline. The next one reads the record instead of interviewing you again.

Care team first, software second

One place for the entire care team to work together. The technology assists and the people decide.

Simplify the steps

Record session notes directly in the app

No separate recorder, no second app. Press record when the session ends and the binder transcribes it and files it against your child.

Upload and organize reports

Reports, session notes, therapy instructions, visual schedules, social stories and more, all in one place. Point the reader at one and it offers you what it found, line by line, only when you press the button.

Tag your uploads with keywords

The binder is searchable. No more remembering which document is in which folder, or guessing the keyword you used two years ago.

Photos and video too

Ten seconds of how he moves his mouth for a sound is not the same artifact as a note saying you worked on it. Film it once, and the rest of the team can see it.

Your documents, put to work

None of this decides anything about your child. It reads your own documents and points you to what to look at, so the call stays yours.

Keep your child on track with their goals

The binder pulls the goals and treatment commitments out of the documents, so you can see what the school and the providers have actually committed to.

Conflicting report detection

When providers in the same discipline write therapy goals or techniques that conflict with each other, the binder brings it to the surface for you to decide.

Catch what has gone stale

A stale goal or outdated dose is easy to miss. In the Binder, out-of-date information is easy to spot.

Nothing is removed without a check system

Two warnings before anything goes

While you are subscribed, nothing is deleted. When a subscription ends the binder becomes read-only, and we hold it for six more months and email you twice. The second email has a link to the whole binder so you keep your own copy.

Take all of it with you, any time

Every fact carries a date and where it came from. Download the whole binder as one file, in a form you can read and print without us.

Leaving does not mean losing it

If you close your account, then we delete it within 24 hours. If you cancel your subscription, then your binder goes into read-only mode for six months until deletion.

Where we use AI and where we don’t

  • AI transcribes and summarizes recordings, and reads documents so they’re searchable internally, always with your express approval.
  • When you forward an email into the binder, AI reads the sender’s details and offers them for your care team directory. You choose what to keep.
  • AI labels where it’s being used, for transparency and because AI can make mistakes, and prompts you to check for accuracy before saving.
  • Documents are shared only where you want them, and nothing is added to your child’s profile until you select it.

The binder does not:

  • Send documents, recordings, or invitations without your explicit action. You do the inviting.
  • Diagnose or recommend a treatment. AI suggests, never decides.
  • Sell your data. Ever.

Start with one thing

Don’t start with six years of paperwork. Put in your child’s allergies and one emergency contact so the sitter page works tonight.
