I can't sign in.
If it has taken a few tries, wait a few minutes and try once more. Repeated attempts pause the door for a little while on purpose.
If the password is gone, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. The link in the email lasts an hour and works once.
If the email never arrives, check spam, then write to us. A person can send you a fresh link.
What does it cost?
The first 30 days are free.
It is $9.99 a month, or $99 a year, for a binder with any number of children in it. One price, no per-child charge, the same whether there is one child or five.
You pay for the binder, not the people in it. A co-parent joins free, and so does every therapist, teacher and sitter you invite.
What happens if I stop paying?
The binder goes read-only. Everything already in it stays readable, and paying again is what lets you add more.
Six months after the read-only date, the binder is deleted. We email at four months naming the date, and at five months with a link to download everything, and that link works until the deletion date.
Paying again at any point stops that clock entirely.
How do I get everything out?
Everything can be exported, any time, from the binder itself. It arrives as a link to your own email address.
A subscription is not required to export files. You can always take everything with you.
Who can see my child's record?
The people you have invited or approved, and what each one sees is up to you, person by person.
Our own staff cannot open a child's record. The console we run the product from has no button for it.
The sitter page you share by link shows the emergency basics you chose for it, and nothing else.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then close your account. Your subscription is cancelled immediately so no payment happens during the wait.
Everything is erased after 24 hours, and until then there is a button to stop it. The screen shows the exact time.
If you only want out of someone else's binder, that is not deletion: step away from it on the Children page and nothing of theirs is touched.
